Each balm and salve in Momma J’s Root Cellar is crafted the old fashioned way, slowly, by hand, with faith and purpose. We use only what the Lord provides through the land: tallow, herbs, beeswax, and oils, never synthetic preservatives, stabilizers, or fillers.
Because of this purity, our remedies are living creations and their shelf life is naturally limited.
• Storage: Keep your balm in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat.
• Shelf Life: Best used within 6 to 9 months of purchase.
• Care Tip: Avoid getting water or moisture in the jar. A clean, dry finger or wooden spatula keeps your balm fresh.
• Texture Changes: Natural ingredients may soften or firm with temperature, but their goodness and purpose remain unchanged.
• Shipping Note: If softened in transit, simply refrigerate for a few minutes and it will return to its creamy texture
